Coupons & Promotional Codes
To use a coupon or promotional codes, click “View Cart” after adding items to your cart. Then, enter your coupon code into the box located at the bottom of your shopping cart. If the coupon code is not active or is invalid, it will not be deducted from your order. If you feel that the coupon you have should be working, but it does not, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for a confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
You order is shipped from Saline, Michigan.
For USPS first class packages, please allow 5 business days.
We recommend that during busy shipping times, such as holidays, you allow an extra week for delivery of your guards.
We are able to ship to the continental United States as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. (Please allow five extra business days for these orders). For purchases in Europe, please visit our European SOVA store.
You may return or exchange your purchase, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the order. Once the package is opened it cannot be returned. We replace defective mouth guards at no charge provided you report the problem within 30 days of receiving the order. Return shipping is not provided nor reimbursed.
