Coupons & Promotional Codes
To use a coupon or promotional codes, click “View Cart” after adding items to your cart. Then, enter your coupon code into the box located at the bottom of your shopping cart. If the coupon code is not active or is invalid, it will not be deducted from your order. If you feel that the coupon you have should be working, but it does not, please contact our customer service at email@example.com for a confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you are a non-retail store customer and you wish to prioritize the shipping of your order (this will cost extra), you should select one of the USPS shipping options available on our website. Since SOVA guards are lightweight, we can ship them USPS priority and get them to you within 2-3 days. USPS options, while available, are more economically beneficial for our larger retail customers.
For USPS first class packages, please allow 5 business days. For orders being shipped to Canada, please allow up to 12 business days.
We recommend that during busy shipping times, such as Winter Holidays, you allow an extra week for delivery of your guards. During this busy time it is not uncommon for packages to be handled incorrectly in transit and resolution during holiday times is more challenging, due to higher demands on delivery services and their customer support.
We are able to ship to the continental United States as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam. (Please allow five extra business days for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam). PLEASE NOTE that Canadian orders should be allowed 12-14 business days for delivery. You may return or exchange your purchase, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the order. Once the package is opened it cannot be returned. We replace defective mouth guards at no charge provided you report the problem within 30 days of receiving the order.
